Do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders placed on our website.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping via UPS takes 3-7 business days within the United States, and express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping outside of the United States can take 7-21 business days, depending on what country you are in.

What is your return policy?

You may return your order for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, provided that the generator is in brand new condition. Used generators are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
